Why I said colon cleansing sucks. Just think about it, if your colon are full of fat, it would reduce the adsorption of all kinds of nutrients.
The truth is, the colon is just a part of the adsorption tube of your body that would adsorb and decompose all the fat, sugar...everything. And there are also quite a lot of good bacterial there and all the fluids that can help to decompose all the stuff.
